Not much to say this week, just posting new numbers:

Last week's numbers were:
Weight: 163.8
Waist: 32.25
Hips: 42.25

This week's numbers are:
Weight: 163
Waist: 32.25
Hips: 42.5

I wonder if I should add some exercise to get those inches moving along?
